I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Pietermaritzburg. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel is located next to a busy main street, which meant I had easy access to shops and restaurants. The basic amenities in the room were just what I needed, and the breakfast provided was a great start to the day.
Everything was more than satisfactory.

Great Location, Convenient Amenities and Courteous Staff. the location is unbeatable, near to a variety of schools and shopping areas, and the amenities provided were helpful throughout my business trip. the staff was also courteous and friendly, making my stay more pleasant. the cramped room was uncomfortable, with limited space and subpar bedding. the bathroom was dated and tough to maneuver in. the lack of privacy and sharing of bathrooms with strangers was unsettling. my experience was below average, with significant room for improvement.
